Restoration 1, a franchise specializing in emergency restoration and reconstruction services, has announced the appointment of Tom Gissler as president.
Bringing 13 years of industry experience to this role, Gissler will be responsible for the overall leadership of the brand, at a time when service-based businesses are seeing exponential demand and, subsequently, growth.

I look forward to achieving new growth milestones every year to service more customers.”
Prior to this new role, Gissler worked in various leadership and support roles at disaster restoration brands such as Rytech Inc., Grayson Recovery & Vigilant Restoration, PuroSystems, Belfor, and ServPro.
At Restoration 1, he will be leading the brand’s vast network which continues to grow, with nearly 350 locations sold throughout the U.S. and plans to expand to more than 500 sites in the coming years.
