How much does a master franchise investment cost?
Potential franchisees should have access to the initial investment of at least $750,000, some of which will be needed for immediate investment, and some of which may be spread over time as the business ramps as well as other additional costs.
Master franchisees pay an initial master franchise fee to Xponential Fitness upon the signing of the master franchise agreement, as a part of the initial investment. The fee itself will depend on the size and scope of the market, as well as the number of brands selected by the master franchisee. Thereafter, the franchisor and the master franchisee share in the initial fees from sub-franchises sold in the market, as well as ongoing royalties and vendor rebates.
In addition to the initial fee, the master franchisee is also expected to open at least one pilot studio in the market which will serve as a functioning studio as well as a training and testing location.
