Realty ONE Group has announced that it has sold the franchise rights to Ecuador. It is intended for this deal to be a gateway to more South American countries.
The property brand has sold the rights to Ecuador to entrepreneur, Wendy Franco. Franco has over 26 years of experience in banking and the airline industry and is also a successful real estate professional. Realty ONE Group felt she was the perfect fit for the brand since she cares deeply about giving back to her community and country.

Franco first met Realty ONE Group at a National Association of REALTORS(R) convention and was instantly drawn to the brand and how well it could work in her home country of Ecuador.
