Realty ONE Group, the real estate brand, will open its Puerto Rico office after selling the franchise rights to Puerto Rico and the entire Eastern Caribbean Region to South America. The rights were sold to an experienced operator in the industry, and one who knows how to grow a Realty ONE Group location.
The owner of Realty ONE Group Unlimited in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, is Greg Bardell. Bardell opened the brand’s first office east of the Mississippi in Lancaster and is also the mid-Atlantic regional director for the Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware and Washington D.C. area. He and his team have grown that region to over 1,000 agents, 8,000 transactions and $2bn dollars in sales.

Bardell has over three decades of experience in selling and brokering homes as well as developing raw land opportunities throughout central Pennsylvania.
