FASTSIGNS bolsters U.K. footprint with two new locations

The global signage franchisor is increasing its network in Blighty

The global signage franchisor is increasing its network in Blighty.

FASTSIGNS, the Global Franchise Award-winning signage and communications brand, is increasing its reach across the south of England with two new openings in Brighton and St Albans. This brings the franchise’s total U.K. portfolio to 24 centers.

The Brighton center is a purpose-built FASTSIGNS site, which will offer the brand’s wide variety of signage and graphic services, while the St Albans location is a co-branded operation run by Lee Simpson, the owner of SIM Imaging. The FASTSIGNS brand will allow Lee and his team to enter new markets and extend their capabilities into the signage and printing industry.

“It’s certainly been a challenging year for the nation, so it’s great to be able to celebrate some fantastic successes,” said John Davies, FASTSIGNS’ UK managing director. “We’re delighted to welcome Lekan and Lee to the FASTSIGNS UK network. They both bring a wealth of business expertise to their new centers.

“Both centers are in prime locations further cementing our reach across the South of the U.K. and I am confident that Lekan, Lee, and their teams will go from strength to strength over the coming months.

“I’d also like to say a huge congratulations to our FASTSIGNS centers that are celebrating their 25th anniversary. The first FASTSIGNS center launched in 1992 and the fact that that the Leeds, Guildford, Sheffield, and Crawley franchisees have reached such an impressive milestone is testament to all the hard work they and their teams have put into providing an excellent service to all their customers over the years.

“Each of these centers provides a wealth of experience and vital resources for the newer centers, such as Brighton and St Albans, by acting as mentors and advisors to share their knowledge. FASTSIGNS really is an extended family, with each of the quarter centenary franchisees, quite literally being a ‘family affair’.”
