Training and support

GoliathTech has a very hands-on approach with its franchisees. Training is delivered in a classroom setting and includes eight hours of sales training, eight hours of product and installation training, 12 hours of operations and customer service training, and 12 hours of hands-on product knowledge. Initial onboarding also includes:

  • A five-day training certification course, which can be done by video conference or in person
  • Learning how to properly install GoliathTech helical piles
  • Being shown the equipment needed to install the GoliathTech helical piles

After the initial training, the trainer remains available and offers ongoing technical support, especially during the execution of those first key projects. The ongoing support provided includes:

  • Ongoing marketing and technical support
  • Streamline the process to place product orders
  • Provision of in-house engineering services for their projects

Franchisees have access to the company’s internal engineering department which has years of experience in helical pile design. GoliathTech is the cheapest engineering solution for helical piles and aims to keep selling more and more, which is a major competitive advantage.
