The real estate franchisor is targeting Southeast Asia for future growth.
Realty ONE Group, a real estate franchisor with over 300 offices across the U.S. and Canada, has announced its plans to soon open in Singapore.
Robb Spearman, Realty ONE Group Heartland Region’s regional director and the co-owner of Realty ONE Group Impact in Iowa, along with his wife Sock Hoon Spearman, has acquired the franchising rights for all of Singapore.
“We’re more than ready to take the popularity of the brand and the success of our model beyond North America, and we found fantastic owners who know and already live the brand,” said Kuba Jewgieniew, CEO and founder of Realty ONE Group.
“Singapore is my homeland and we want Singapore’s property agencies and agents to achieve greater success, faster with the Realty ONE Group’s model,” said Sock Hoon Spearman.
“We bought into the Realty ONE Group’s concept and ‘COOLTURE’ on day one and we know that others will too when they see the passion we have to help everyone win,” said Robb Spearman.
Realty ONE Group was founded in 2005 and now has over 16,000 real estate professionals throughout its network. This Singapore signing marks the first of several country deals that the brand plans to announce in 2021.
