Slim Chickens, a leading fast-casual, has announced the opening of its new restaurant in Houston, Texas. The new unit is located at 510 Fm 1960 Rd W in Houston and will be operated by the multi-unit operator, Garza Management.
The better chicken brand has opened over 160 locations across the U.S. and U.K., and has more than 800 locations in the developmental pipeline.
“There’s no hiding that Texans absolutely love Slim Chickens, and we are thrilled that Houston now has even more opportunities to get a taste of our southern comfort food,” said Jackie Lobdell, vice president of franchise development at Slim Chickens.
“Talented franchise groups, like Garza Management, that are dedicated to sharing Slims flavorful food and welcoming environment to communities across the world are the operators we are seeking to connect with.”
Slim Chickens has registered strong growth in 2022, and has built on its U.K. presence with the opening of two new restaurants, in Guildford and Arndale. In February, the brand piloted its new prototype restaurant, which consisted of canopy-covered drive-thrus, new seating arrangements, two pay windows for guests who want to pick up and much more.
