Hand and foot care concept PROSE has announced plans to expand across twelve states following the signing of area development agreements to open boutiques in Florida, Tennessee, New Jersey, Illinois, Indiana, Colorado, Nebraska, North and South Dakota, Minnesota, and Wisconsin.
