LunchboxWax, the premier full-service, speed-waxing salon, has signed an agreement with seasoned multi-brand franchise owners Dale Westergard and Brittany Ishman along with their daughter Devon Westergard.

The Philly natives will be using their combined experience as owners of Two Men and a Truck locations in Philly and New Jersey to open three LunchboxWax locations in Metro Philly and South Jersey, with the forthcoming franchises expected to open in the fall of 2020.

“What drew us to invest in LunchboxWax is simple – the culture. There is an opportunity to grow with a brand that continues to bring an edge to the waxing industry and has a proven business model,” said Dale. “The leadership team at corporate works hard to support its franchise partners and consistently finding new ways to keep the brand at the forefront. There’s nothing like LunchboxWax here in Metro Philly and South Jersey, and we’re excited to be the ones who get to introduce the community to it.”

The LunchboxWax salons in Metro Philly and South Jersey, will offer a full range of hair removal services from top to toes. LunchboxWax uses a proprietary three-step speed-waxing process and a proprietary “soft wax” technique that is more effective and less painful than traditional waxing.

As the local owners, Dale, Brittany and Devon will be leading waxologist recruitment, prioritizing talented estheticians that are passionate about providing an unparalleled guest experience. They will also oversee daily business operations to ensure unparalleled service.

“Franchise partners like Dale, Brittany and Devon who have shown their dedication to putting culture and people first are just the right fit,” said Debi Lane, CEO and founder of LunchboxWax. “Along with their impressive backgrounds in business ownership as well as the health and wellness space, it makes them the perfect people to introduce Metro Philly and South Jersey to the heart and soul of what makes the LunchboxWax experience so special. The rest of the team and I are looking forward to supporting them and seeing the community’s reaction to our brand.”

The brand’s low-cost investment along with support from an executive team with extensive salon and franchise experience is designed to attract individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service, involved in the local community, and have strong business acumen.
