Fransmart acquires yet another burgeoning food franchise with Wolfnights

The iconic New York gourmet wrap concept has partnered with a leading franchise expert to develop internationally

The iconic New York gourmet wrap concept has partnered with a leading franchise expert to develop internationally.

If an up-and-coming brand is looking to take its concept international in 2019, odds are, it turns to Fransmart. Signing partnerships with Cook’s Tortas, Slapfish, Calii Love, and Figs by Todd English in the past few months alone, the global franchising expert has added yet another cult favorite to its healthy portfolio: Wolfnights.

Founded in 2011, Wolfnights offers a unique blend of Mediterranean and Thai flavors to make sure that every bite of its crave-able wraps is a diverse one. Its focus on providing unbeatable appeal has earned the brand the title of ‘Best Wrap in NYC’ for seven consecutive years, and Wolfnights is planning to bring its “Instagrammable” menu to a much wider audience as a part of this latest partnership.

“After years of perfecting our signature flavors and innovative wraps, I am excited to announce this next step for Wolfnights as we continue to strive towards the ideal bite,” said Itai Afek, founder and CEO of the brand. “Fransmart has the tools, experience, and vision to support us throughout the franchising process, and I look forward to introducing customers around the world to the famous Wolfnights wraps.”

To ensure quality and freshness, Wolfnights bakes the dough of its wraps on the IronWolf, a huge iron dome heated by a blazing fire. This method is modeled after the traditional techniques used in the Mediterranean, and goes hand-in-hand with the brand’s use of authentic ingredients, like spicy pickled pineapple, and homemade coconut vanilla sauce.

“When I traveled to New York on business, I kept hearing about the exciting concept with a growing foodie following that cooked wraps to order on a metal dome,” said Dan Rowe, founder and CEO of Fransmart. “New York City is one of the toughest markets for restaurants and fast-casual concepts in the country, but Wolfnights has cracked the code with its delicious menu, Instagrammable food, and operationally streamlined infrastructure. Wolfnights is already thriving, with the Rivington Street store reporting sales of $1,201,375.”

The brand, in partnership with Fransmart, is looking for experienced multi-unit foodservice operators to develop territories anywhere and everywhere. It won’t be long before international foodies can get a taste of what Wolfnights has to offer.
