FranConnect has announced the appointment of Lorena Garcia as its new senior vice president of marketing, and will be added to the business’ executive leadership team. She will be responsible for the entire end-to-end marketing function as well driving growth through new practices in account-based marketing, lead generation, market analysis, customer segmentation, digital marketing, and brand stewardship.

Garcia is an experienced operator in the SaaS industry, and has had over 20 years of experience in developing plans and driving growth for SaaS companies. She had most recently served as the vice president of marketing for Level Access, a digital accessibility solutions provider. Prior to this, Garcia led go-to-market teams and was directly responsible for driving demand at tech firms. She was recognized as a Star CMO by DCA Live in 2020 and 2021.
