Fabio Viviani’s JARS concept signs multi-unit deal in Texas 

The celebrity chef’s franchise concept will arrive in Austin and the Dallas Fort-Worth area by fall 2022

JARS, the dessert concept created by celebrity chef Fabio Viviani, has signed its first multi-unit franchise deal. The deal is for 10 units in Texas, and specifically across Austin and the Dallas-Fort Worth market. Texas-based, husband-and-wife franchisees Jason and Tejal Wible signed with the brand and expect their flagship location to open by fall 2022. 

“This multi-unit deal is an important milestone for JARS as we look to expand to hundreds of locations nationwide over the next several years,” said JARS founder Fabio Viviani.  

“With more multi-unit franchisee deals like the Wibles, people across the U.S. will have the opportunity to experience my first-ever dessert concept inspired by my travels across the world.” 

In 2021, the brand teamed up with Fransmart, the franchise development company behind the rise of Five Guys to help accelerate its own national expansion.

The brand takes classics like Tiramisu, whoopie pie, red velvet cake and pecan pie into single-serve jars with Viviani’s creative presentation.
