Fast casual seafood restaurant Captain D’s has announced the promotion of Summer Sims to Director of Operations.
In her new role, Sims will be overseeing the operations and financial responsibilities of Alabama, Mississippi, Oklahoma, and Arkansas territories and helping to hire and develop talented professionals for these areas.

Captain D’s has signed agreements this year to open an additional 25 new restaurants in states across the country including Florida, South Carolina, Texas, Georgia, Illinois, Tennessee, Alabama, Arkansas and Virginia.
