National home-care and medical staffing franchise Brightstar Care has appointed franchise veteran David Campagna as its new Vice President of Franchise Development. With a background in comedy clubs, restaurant and health care, Campagna is expected to assist the growing orgaisation attain its goal of 500 locations by 2020.
