The leading art enrichment franchise paints an exciting picture of expansions for this year, off the back of an especially developmental 2019.
Young Rembrandts had a year of firsts in 2019, having opened 11 locations and entered three new markets: Central Florida, Sacramento Valley, and Mumbai; the latter being the first location in India for this burgeoning educational brand.
“The Young Rembrandts location in India is a prime example that art is universal – a language everyone can speak,” said Bette Fedder, CEO and founder. “2019 was an exceptional year for the Young Rembrandts team.”
But the successes don’t stop there, as the brand looks at the year ahead and the new changes that will ensure continued growth. Former marketing director Lizi Wahl has now taken over as the Young Rembrandts director of operations – a position instrumental in managing expansion.
“It is incredibly rewarding to say that we have passed the 30 year milestone and have no sign of slowing down,” said Fedder. “The mission of Young Rembrandts is to teach children the joys and importance of art, and it is humbling to know that so many of our franchisees are just as passionate about spreading this mission as I was 32 years ago.”
The brand is aimed at children aged three-and-a-half to 12 years old, and currently has over 100 locations open throughout the U.S., Canada, and now India. Young Rembrandts also recently featured in our round-up of five education franchises worth your investment, which you can check out here.
