The Habit Burger Grill signs development agreement for San Bernandino, California 

The burger brand has signed with an experienced developer to construct 12 new locations

Habit Burger Grill has announced the signing of a development agreement to develop 12 locations in San Bernandino County. The brand has signed with Aharon Aminpour. 

This transaction involves more than the development agreement to develop 12 new locations, Aminpour will also take ownership of 11 existing Habit Burger Grill units. 

“There are so many advantages to The Habit Burger Grill’s franchise model, the opportunity to help grow the brand’s footprint in Southern California felt like a no-brainer,” said Aminpour.  

“Not only do I believe in the brand, the quality of its food and its emphasis on hospitality, but also the strength of The Habit’s franchisee support system. With our signed development agreement, we’ll be able to share the brand’s mission: to deliver high-quality food and great service at reasonable prices, to more community members than ever before.” 

Habit Burger Grill is backed by its parent company, Yum! Brands, who emphasize the importance of technology-driven operations and guest experience. The brand also offers flexible footprint options to suit all types of entrepreneurs.
