The sign and graphics franchisor has announced four promotions.

FASTSIGNS has announced four internal promotions for Jeff Lewis, Barbara Engle, Grant Walker, and Lana Daley.

Jeff Lewis has been promoted to assistant vice president of franchise support but will continue to lead the operations team and sales development department. Lewis was most recently promoted to senior director of operations. He has 20 years of experience in the industry between his time at AlphaGraphics and FASTSIGNS. Lewis also earned his Certified Franchise Professional (CFP) qualification from the International Franchise Association (IFA) in 2019.

Barbara Engle has been promoted to senior director of education and new centers and will lead training initiative programs as well as the new center business consultant team, working with new FASTSIGNS franchisees. Engle began her journey with FASTSIGNS in 2011 by buying an underperforming franchisee location in Buffalo, New York, raising it to profitability and selling it. She later joined the corporate team in 2017 as a new center business consultant and has held the role of assistant director of operations since 2019. Engle will bring her ten years of experience to this newly created role. Engle earned the credits required for the Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) qualification and will receive her designation at the February 2022 IFA Convention.

Grant Walker’s journey with FASTSIGNS began from a young age, working at his family’s FASTSIGNS location. Walker has been promoted to director of operations and will be responsible for the leadership and management of the business consultant team after joining the corporate team in 2011 as an operation support specialist. Walker was most recently promoted to the role of director of new center operations. He has over 15 years of experience in the industry and the IFA recognized Walker as a member of the “Elite Class of 2018” and one of the “35 under 35” to watch in the signage industry. Walker earned his Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) designation from the International Franchise Association in 2020, and earned an MBA with a focus on entrepreneurship whilst working full time.

Lana Daley retired from FASTSIGNS in 2011 after serving a number of roles in sales development and operations. Daley returned in March 2020 as the director of resales and transfers and has seamlessly managed the department on her return.

“One of the greatest satisfactions of leading a team is to see team members grow and develop in their careers,” said Catherine Monson, CEO at FASTSIGNS International, Inc. and chair of the IFA.

“With growth of the company comes more opportunities for team members to grow their careers within the company. Providing advancement opportunities for our team is always exciting, and we look forward to all that these team members will accomplish in their new roles.”
