CoreLife Eatery, an active lifestyle restaurant offering a variety of greens, grains and broth-based dishes, has major plans for expansion in the Old North State. A newly cemented development agreement will bring eateries to as many as 23 locations to the Charlotte and Greensboro/Winston-Salem markets.

Leading the expansion is franchisee Danny Grammenopoulos, whose resume includes more than 25 years of experience in franchise development and the growth of franchise systems, primarily in the food service industry. Mr. Grammenopoulos has been responsible for the development of over 1,250 units in both Canada and the United States. His first CoreLife Eatery is projected to open this December in Greensboro, with at least two more locations coming in 2019.
