The franchise model

Our business model is a straightforward one: franchisees deliver an executive level search service to companies that are looking to hire employees in the $60,000-$125,000 salary bracket. The level of service that we provide is unheard of at this level and is what keeps clients coming back and paying premium search fees. Furthermore, with our unique hourly rates revenue model clients have the choice to pay for their search services on an hourly rate, much like how other professional services companies bill for their time, or they can follow the more traditional retainer/contingency model. This model is unique to CNA International and is highly favoured by clients worldwide.

Successful first year in North America
We celebrated our first successful year in North America with the opening of our New York office. Adrian Knight, the Managing Partner for CNA International – North America, has high expectations for our first office and is confident that the global brand will continue to go from strength-to-strength.
