RECORD-SETTING, EVEN DURING A PANDEMIC

This approach and the ever-increasing demand for companies to operate in a more cost-efficient manner has allowed the ERA network to record its best month ever in March 2021 in client receipts and new client acquisitions.

New franchise partners joining the ERA network are also benefiting from this pioneering spirit, as the business continues to find new ways to support new starters – especially in their first year of operation.

For example, leveraging the power of social selling and networking is essential within the B2B environment; however, it can be difficult to master, especially when juggling the multiple tasks of starting a new business.

To combat this, ERA provides each new recruit with a dedicated resource who is focused on developing new routes to market and generating inbound leads for them. They do this for the first six months and provide training at the same time, so that the franchise partner can confidently take on the responsibility themselves.

New software leveraging artificial intelligence is also being released to the franchise network which allows franchisees to automate much of the front-end analysis and provide amazing visualizations to their clients.

These innovations and more have been developed by ERA’s in-house Incubator team, who nurture initial concepts into fully researched, developed, and robust programs or tools for the whole network to use.

This forward-thinking approach combined with the increasing demand for their “No Savings, No Fee” services has meant that ERA is a very attractive franchise business model in today’s world, and during 2020 it has seen a rapid increase in inquiries for the brand internationally.
