Twin Peaks to implement BeerBoard’s smart ordering tech across all locations 

The sports bar lodge franchise has partnered up with the hospitality solutions provider to use its SmartOrders system

Twin Peaks has announced its new partnership with BeerBoard, which will involve the digitization of all beer, wine and liquor of the brand’s North American locations. The sports bar lodge franchise has been working with BeerBoard since 2015. 

The Dallas-headquartered brand began utilizing BeerBoard’s technology by making use of its inventory and other management software. Twin Peaks also made use of QR code menu solutions before they became a necessity. The brand has already rolled out the SmartOrders system in its Dallas Fort-Worth location and other select markets, with systemwide implementation on the cards. 

“BeerBoard has been our trusted technology partner for bar management for seven years and they continue to innovate their solutions to help us overcome challenges and improve our business,” said Roger Gondek, chief operating officer of Twin Peaks.  

“Now, we want to fully capitalize on using a centralized platform for all our liquor, beer and wine management, saving our operators time and money and allowing them to focus on higher-impact tasks. Anything we can do to give time back to our managers is imperative to the success of our stores.” 

With the new agreement, Twin Peaks will utilize the SmartOrders to automate ordering and inventory, as well as digitizing interaction between the retailer and supplier. With this system, retailers can get an insight into future needs and even receive brand recommendations based on data. The intention of SmartOrders is to increase accuracy, accelerate order timeline and reduce costs for both retailers and distributors.
