The full-service restaurant franchise founded by hospitality expert and star of Paramount Network’s Bar Rescue, Jon Taffer, has signed a deal to bring the concept to Montgomery, Alabama and the potential to expand into other markets within the state.

At the helm of Taffer’s Tavern’s growth in Alabama is Nivea Patel, an experienced restaurant franchisee looking for the opportunity to own and operate an innovative new concept. “Taffer’s Tavern is the ideal investment for franchisees like me looking for a concept that’s leveraging the latest technology to create high-quality food and beverages without the need for a commercial kitchen,” she said.
Working with Fransmart, the franchise development company known for growing emerging concepts like Five Guys and The Halal Guys into national brands, Taffer’s Tavern has locations in Alpharetta, Washington DC and Boston, with development deals in place for Savannah, GA, Las Vegas, and Florida.
