The growing international creperie is entering another global market.

Crepe Delicious, a healthy eating-focused creperie initially founded in 2004 by Oded Yefet, has signed a master franchise agreement with Olat Trading, which will see the brand begin developing in the South African market.

This will expand its international portfolio, which currently sits at over 65 locations.

“As we continue our rapid expansion globally, we look forward to working with the team at Olat trading, who have a proven track record of success”, said Elik Farin, COO of Crepe Delicious Holdings Inc.

“We feel Crepe Delicious’ value proposition will resonate well with guests across South Africa. As an upscale lifestyle alternative to conventional fast food, our concept combines the traditional sit-down service with the grab-and-go enjoyment; in addition, we will offer regional menu items to cater to local tastes.”

Crepe Delicious currently has master franchisees in Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, UAE, the U.K., and now South Africa. The brand is looking to lead the charge toward healthy eating, and has plans for further international development in the coming years.
