Oxi Fresh looks to add 50 franchises per year and to start awarding international master franchise opportunities

– Significant experience in franchising & master franchising/area development with other brands

– Significant cleaning industry or related industry experience

– Significant management experience, ideally in both multi-unit and corporate settings

– Necessary net worth (determined by Oxi Fresh)

– Commitment to the brand and drive to expand

Candidates will come to Oxi Fresh’s HQ in Denver, Colorado for a multi-week training program. There, they’ll work hand-in-hand with the Home Office Team to learn the ins and outs of the business. After the initial training, Oxi Fresh will continue to work with the candidate as they establish local franchises in their master territory. Once they’ve gained some practical, franchise-level experience, the Home Office Team will help them fully launch their master franchise.

Looking Ahead

According to Mr. Barnett, the company’s ultimate goal is to become the world’s number one carpet cleaner. “For us,” Barnett said, “that means our franchisees having the most market share, rather than the company simply having the highest number of franchise locations.
