Little Caesars has its eyes set on New England expansion

The iconic pizza brand plans to open 50 new units across Boston and Providence by 2026

The iconic pizza brand plans to open 50 new units across Boston and Providence by 2026.

The global pizza chain is looking to grow in the state of New England and add a further 50 stores to its current offering.

“New England’s metropolitan cities – Boston and Providence especially – are filled with aspiring entrepreneurs who value technology and innovation,” said Craig Sherwood, Little Caesars vice president of franchise development.

“Little Caesars has a long history of technological innovation, most recently marked by our Reserve-N-Ready strategy, which makes ordering pizza even easier with our mobile app and our famous self-service Pizza Portal pickup.

“As we continue innovating to support our growth, we are confident that Boston and Providence entrepreneurs will find our business model to be the perfect fit.”

There are currently 17 Little Caesars locations in the two cities now, but the brand wants more. It’s seeking out single and multi-unit investors to reach its goal of 50 new locations across the Boston and Providence metropolitan areas.

To propel these plans forward, it will participate at The Franchise Show in Boston at the Crowne Plaza Marlborough on October 16-17. Executives from Little Caesars will set up at booth 224 to discuss opportunities in its two target markets.

This has been a year of expansion for the global pizza chain, with plans announced in St. Louis, Denver and North Carolina.

Little Caesars was founded in 1959 as a family-owned restaurant but has today grown into the third-largest pizza chain in the world, with locations in every U.S. state and 27 countries and territories.
